Nine And Morphpackers Announce Agreement
About Nine Energy Service, Inc.

Nine Energy Service, Inc. (“Nine”) and MorphPackers Limited (“MorphPackers”) announced jointly today that they have entered into an agreement whereby Nine will be the exclusive provider of MorphPackers’ STORM™ and CENTURIONTM completion product line for the re-frac market in the United States and Canada.

The patented completion system utilizes expandable steel packers specializing in isolation and includes re-frac packers and production packers to maximize production within existing wells. The STORM™ re-frac packer provides the maximum ID in the market to provide the most effective system to instantly isolate and re-fracture stages thus extending the life of a well.

“We are very excited to partner with MorphPackers and their team,” said Ann Fox, president and CEO of Nine Energy Service. “Nine is always looking to partner with the most innovative companies and provide our customers with a blend of leading-edge technology and service quality and execution at the wellsite.”

Clair Holley, Nine’s president, Canada and US Completion Tools added, “We hope to provide our customers with a cost-effective and efficient system to re-frac existing wells and drive production growth. MorphPackers has designed a unique system with a large ID to enhance pumping rates and a slimmer OD to match conventional pipe. This will allow customers to re-stimulate more wells with much higher production rates.”

“We are delighted to enter in to an exclusive distribution agreement with Nine. As a highly reputable deployment partner, Nine will provide MorphPackers with access to its extensive US and Canadian network, assisting the process of bringing our innovative re-frac technology to market,” noted Gavin Prise, Chairman of MorphPackers.

“This is a very exciting time for MorphPackers as we enter our next stage of development. As a leading independent in the Completions sector, Nine fully recognizes the benefits of our STORM™ re-frac packer and is committed to bringing the newest technology to its customers making this an ideal partnership,” said Toby Bryce, Director at MorphPackers. “We believe that significant potential exists in the North American market where the STORM™ re-frac value proposition is strongly aligned with the strategic goals of unconventional operators where a focus on cost efficiency and enhancing production and field recovery is crucial.”
